Description

The consultation payment is required to schedule an appointment.  If you miss an appointment without providing a 24 hour cancellation notice, you will forfeit the consultation payment and it will NOT be applied to future appointments.  If you provide a 24 hour cancellation notice, the consultation fee will be retained and applied to your next appointment.  If you have any questions about this policy, please contact us before making your payment.
